GUARANTEES SUSPENDED DUE TO HEAT

Until further notice, all guarantees on live insects are temporarily suspended due to intense heat in our region. This means no replacements, no refunds - all shipments are at customer's risk. We encourage all customers to select NEXT DAY AIR shipping to provide the best opportunity for live arrival.
Our office will CLOSE in observance of the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 6th and will reopen on Tuesday, September 7th at 9:00 AM EST.
The increased demand for crickets coupled with the Labor Day holiday may require some changes to our normal shipping schedule. We will make every effort to process all orders received during the holiday in a timely manner. Please review the following revised schedule for Labor Day week:
Monday, September 6th – CLOSED – NO SHIPPING
Tuesday, September 7th – Orders placed on our website before 12:00 Midnight EST Sunday, Sept. 5th will be shipped on Tuesday, Sept. 7th. Orders placed on our website after 12:00 Midnight EST Sunday, Sept. 5th thru 12:00 Noon Tuesday, Sept. 7th MAY be shipped on Tuesday, Sept. 7th as time allows, otherwise, these orders will be shipped on Wednesday, Sept. 8th.
Our normal shipping schedule will resume on Wednesday, Sept. 8th.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE
Overnight shipping is available to all states in the continental USA, and we have negotiated very good rates with FedEx and UPS. Unlike many providers, we DO pass along discounted rates to you to save you money!
SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Private carriers rarely provide adequate space for special shipping instructions on their delivery labels; however, we will try to accommodate VERY SHORT instructions as space allows on any unused address lines of your shipping label. Please be aware that the carriers are under no obligation to follow (or even read) any special delivery instructions. DOA or damage as a result of carrier failure to follow special delivery instructions is not covered under our live delivery guarantee.
NO US POSTAL SERVICE SHIPPING
US Postal Service delivery is not as reliable as private carriers for live products. Packages cannot be tracked during the delivery process and are sometimes completely lost. Therefore we do not ship via the US Postal Service.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION E-MAILS
All web orders receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped containing tracking info and a link to the carrier website so you may track your shipment. (Orders not placed on our website also get a confirmation if you have provided us with your e-mail address).
PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
Post Office Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery. Neither FedEx nor UPS will deliver to a PO Box. We must have a private carrier approved address (a physical street address).
AVAILABLE SHIPPING AREAS
Small orders are shipped within the 48 contiguous United States ONLY (we currently do not ship small orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, or internationally). We DO however ship LARGE orders to destinations outside the US (see "International Orders" below).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship large orders via air freight to customers in many countries around the world. If you are outside of the continental United States and wish to place a large order (over 100,000 crickets per shipment) contact our International Sales Department for a price quote on large volume cricket orders. You can reach the International Sales Department by e-mailing websales@ghann.com and placing "INTERNATIONAL" in the subject line of your e-mail.
