Thanksgiving Shipping Schedule
Thanksgiving is almost here! We LOVE this time of year, BUT... since freight carriers normally experience service delays during holiday periods, the shipment of live items is very risky. Unfortunately, these delays often result in products that arrive in unsatisfactory condition (partial or total loss). Therefore, we must suspend our usual guarantees during holidays. Below is a calendar outlining our shipping and office schedule for Thanksgiving week.
Our office will CLOSE for the Thanksgiving holiday at Noon on Tuesday, Nov. 24th and reopen on Monday, Nov. 30th.
Monday, Nov. 23rd - Live Guarantees will apply to orders shipped via OVERNIGHT ONLY! NO GUARANTEES OF ANY TYPE ON 2-DAY OR GROUND SHIPMENTS!
Tuesday, Nov. 24th - NO GUARANTEES APPLY! Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST on Monday, Nov. 23rd and before 12:00 pm EST on Tuesday, Nov 24th via an Overnight shipping method will ship on Tuesday, Nov. 24th . All other orders placed during this time frame with a shipping method of 2-Day or Ground will be HELD and shipped on Monday, Nov. 30th.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER THAT WILL SHIP ON TUESDAY, NOV. 24TH UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SHIP WITHOUT A LIVE GUARANTEE!
All other orders placed after Noon on Nov. 24th will ship on Monday, Nov. 30th, however, due to heavy shipping volume expected over the Thanksgiving holiday some orders may not ship until Tues., Dec. 1st. ALL NORMAL GUARANTEES will be back in place on Monday, Nov.30th.
