Ghann's proudly sells the Banded Cricket (Gryllodes sigillatus). Banded crickets are hearty and healthy, live well, and have a natural resistance to viruses that can affect the less-hearty Brown Cricket (Acheta domesticus) sold by many other suppliers.
Ghann's Adult live crickets are:
• approximately 5 weeks old
• as big as they get (slightly less than an inch long) - perfect for larger reptiles and amphibians
• small wings as compared to other cricket species makes these adults easy for reptiles and amphibians to digest
• small wings also means they make less noise than other species (it's the rubbing together of a cricket's wings that makes the chirp)
• great for fishing bait - fish love 'em!
